Meghna is the Founder and CEO of VenTantra. She spearheads our operations, manages clients, and brings method to madness. She has an expertise in developing business cases, designing marketing & sales concepts, and recommending go-to market strategies. She started her career in 2002 with Standard & Poor’s Capital IQ, a leading Investment Banking research subsidiary. Later, she served at various business analytics & consulting firms such as FirstRain Inc., Dinan & Co., Kommlabs India, & CTBF Canada. In her many critical roles, she served cross-cultural clients across industry verticals including Healthcare, IT, and Security & Surveillance. After serving for over a decade, she quit her full-time job to travel, a journey that led to founding of VenTantra.
Level-headed, articulate, and driven, Meghna has graduated with a B.S. in Life Sciences & Chemistry; and an MBA. An artist at heart, she re-discovers life in writing poetry and traveling. Coffee and conversations are her networking zones. Feel free to join.
Prerna is an Advisor at VenTantra and partly manages our Virtual Staffing clients in India. Her expertise lies in understanding client requisites and finding best solutions for them. She is a software consultant with several years of experience in design, development, and testing of applications. She has earlier worked with HCL Technologies and S&C Bank before moving into the fast growing e-learning education sector.
She holds a BCA from ICFAI & a Master’s degree in Computer Science. Prerna is based out of New Delhi, loves cooking and travel.
George Abraham is an Advisor with us, who is also an entrepreneur, educationist, and consultant all rolled into one. He has more than 30 years of experience and expertise. He has served at various positions for Universities and Management Schools in the UK, and senior roles across business sectors. Currently, he chairs Net Impact London, serves as an Advisor Board Member, LDI Africa and a Consultant at The Commonwealth Environmental Investment Platform.
Alankar Srivastava is the Head – Business Development at VenTantra. He is responsible for strengthening the market position, securing new business deals and exploring business avenues. He is also instrumental in the expansion of VenTantra’s footprints and enhancing its reputation.
An ability to deliver thought-provoking content, and a knack for connecting with the readership got Alankar into the big media groups such as The Indian Express and The Times of India at the start of his career. He got a chance to do a little bit of everything at start-up, and build a business from the ground up at Zopag.com. As the Editor-at-Large of the publishing house L.B. Associates Pvt. Ltd. (LBA), he was the head of the Editorial Department and the Contract Publishing Division wherein he met and interviewed heads of state, ambassadors, high commissioners, foreign ministers as well as business leaders.
